The API Spec Q1, 10th Edition Change Log is provided alongside the gap analysis to facilitate the user in documenting any desired changes to their quality management system. This change log offers a systematic approach by guiding the user through individually numbered information sheets to record each management of change and potential risk(s), where applicable. By compiling these completed sheets, the user can create a comprehensive Management of Change Report that demonstrates their adherence to the requirements of Q1, 10th Edition.
